i called to schedule a cleaning six weeks before i needed it. I should have known when i had to call back a week later because no one responded. Finally scheduled and they canceled 3 hours before they were supposed to be here. they blamed me for scheduling during their busy time and for not telling them where I lived. The owner was rude! Don't use this company!

I am writing to fully endorse the cleaning services provided by Mr. Ken Woolfolk of Patty Cake Cleaning. Mr. Woolfolk began cleaning my residence in March 2014 and continued to provide weekly cleaning services through June 2014. During this time, Mr. Woolfolk performed routine moderate cleaning tasks in my two bedroom apartment.

My interactions with Mr. Woolfolk were completely positive and pleasant during his time of service. Mr. Woolfolk was professional at all times, which put me at ease and allows me to trust him with the cleaning of my residence. He was reliable, always arriving on the scheduled day and time we had agreed upon. He often asked about certain areas of my residence that needed particular attention so that he could devote extra attention to those areas. He supplied cleaning products based on the needs of my apartment and my preferences. The quality of his cleaning was notable, and I was consistently satisfied with the appearance of my apartment after he had cleaned it. Furthermore, the cost of his cleaning service was quite reasonable.

In summary, I would recommend without reservation Patty Cake Cleaning to individuals interested in receiving residential or commercial cleaning services. Because of the services of Mr. Woolfolk, I was able to more fully devote my attention to my career during a time of high stress; not having to worry about the routine task of cleaning my apartment was a tremendous relief. I very much appreciated Mr. Woolfolk's professionalism, thoroughness, and positive, friendly attitude.

I was especially impressed when PattyCake Cleaning Services was able to remove egg yolk from my window the day after Halloween. My husband and I had no idea what to use, in order to remove dried up egg yolk.

On October 1, 2011 PattyCake Cleaning Company started cleaning the Waterstone Professional
Building @ 14077 Cedar Road. This is a 10,000 multi use building. He deans all common areas
each evening, strips and waxes the tile floors and polishes the marble floors every four months.
He shows up on time, gets the work done, and has contracted with other tenants in the
building to clean their individual suites. Ken does a great job and pays attention to details.
Ken proved he was capable of handling the cleaning of the Professional building, our sister
building, so we agreed to move ahead with another contract.

In January of 2012 we replaced our cleaning company [of twenty years] at the Waterstone
Medical Center, 14100 Cedar Road with PattyCake Cleaning Company. This is a 40,000 square lt
medical building with a variety of tenants, the majority being medical practices and dentists. We
have two large University Hospital practices in this building. The cleaning involve cleaning and
maintaining the common areas as well as each suite being cleaned each evening. Entry floors
and the tile floors in offices are stripped and waxed every four - five months.

A building with medical practices requires using cleaning contractors that are aware of the
handling of bio-hazardous waste, proper disinfecting and cleaning of clinical and non clinical
areas, and the proper disposal of trash. PattyCake and Ken Woolfolk have been trained in these
areas and I am confident that he and his staff maintain these standards.

As with all cleaning companies and using employees, sometimes situations arise that requires
fine tuning or special requests of tenants. Ken has always responded to our requests and
complaints with a professional attitude and solves problems in the same manner.

I would recommend PattyCake Cleaning as a contractor in your building or home.
