Jose, Doris and the team at JLE Quality Services have been coming to our home for nearly a year now. They were recommended by other neighbors of ours that had used them for a long time. They always arrive on time, and stay until they get the job done and done well. They are all meticulous about cleaning everything. Our house just sparkles when they are finished! I am so grateful for their help. Honestly we have never had such thorough and cheerful cleaning support as with Jose and his crew. Plus Jose is a handyman and is available to separately schedule projects needing fixing that we cannot do. We are super happy with JLE Quality Services and recommend them to anyone needing housecleaning support in their homes.

JLE provided service for us every other week for 1 year .We requested (1) cleaner as preference as JLE started cleaning during prime COVID and we had (1) child remote school. Doris was assigned but, she never cleaned a house alone before and she had difficulty to adjust on the way to manage hers time. We got patient with her as we were thinking long term. By the time she got use to our house cleaning need, the owner Jose switched us to a different cleaning day ,.. and then things got worst every time; Doris not showing up except if, I would call to verify at beginning of the week. Then more recently, I forgot to call and Doris didn't came and as i asked when we could have a cleaning? the owner requested a significant price increase or No cleaning .
Prior this company we got a (1) person cleaner as well that worked same hours for same job and it was never an issue until she relocate to another state.
JLE was not professional to our experience.

JLE has been providing cleaning services for us for 2 years. They have done a great job. They're always on time. Jose (the owner) is very easy to work with. Since the pandemic started, JLE has worn masks and gloves and keep their distance from you while working. They do little things to keep everyone safe such as if I'm working in one room and they are working in an adjacent room, they'll shut the door between use to improve social distance. I give JLE my highest recommendation.

José and his team have been providing cleaning and handyman services for us for over two years. They do an amazing job. They are thorough and efficient, punctual, respectful, kind and extremely trustworthy. They have been taking lots of COVID precautions, including always wearing gloves and masks, keeping social distance, and more. We've felt very safe and comfortable. Beyond cleaning services, Jose has also done landscaping, painting, interior repairs, drywall work, exterior fence repair, plumbing, and more for us- there is nothing he can't fix. We highly recommend José and his great team!

They were terrific - showed up when they said they would; cleaned around whatever mess existed; even fixed a few items that needed fixing since the owner is a handyman! Our house needed a good cleaning, and it got one!!

JLE Quality services offers professional and reliable services. We have worked with them for a very long time now and we have nothing but compliments for the service and the staff. We have an ongoing contract for our office located in Dupont Circle which requires a twice a week cleaning service. We receive a complete service, detail oriented and affordable service.We also use JLE Quality Services for our corporate apartment and other properties in the area because there's no other service that can match their quality. Whenever we need any repair or extra service, Jose is our go-to person because he is always willing to help. He manages JLE Quality Services and he is always approachable, on time and very responsible.There's nothing he can't do! We are familiar with many of the staff members and they are all helpful, respectful and hard-workers.

JLE has been providing cleaning, laundry and repair services for my home for the last several months and doing a great job on all fronts! Jose, the owner is flexible and easy to work with, and always working to provide the best service. Prices are reasonable, and getting all 3 services in 1 is ultra convenient. I have used Jose and his team for several years . They do an excellent job cleaning and it's extra wonderful to be able to ask him to do handyman work and painting as well. I trust them completely to be in my home and to do great work. I would definitely recommend JLE Quality Services!

Jose an his staff have been cleaning our home for well over decade. They keep clean our house in Bethesda on a weekly basis and Jose performs various handyman tasks around the house. They are excellent at what they do and are incredibly reliable. We recommend them without hesitation

Jose and his staff are amazing, reliable, and competent. He and his staff go above and beyond to help busy families keep their homes clean and organized, including doing all shopping for cleaning goods and personal supplies. He even brought us stuff in the snowstorm. We have worked with them for almost three years without any trouble and would recommend his without fail!

JLE Quality Services does great work at our house in Rockville. We have had them helping us for many years and I highly recommend them. They are very dependable and reliable. We use them to clean our house weekly and Jose does free miscellaneous projects around the house!
