Unfortunately my daughter hired this horrible company to clean her ductwork. This is her review:
This company came out to clean my dryer vent and the job itself was quick and was fine. It was during the cleaning the technician damaged my brand new dryer!! I called and at first customer service was helpful and sent the technician back out to see if he could correct the problem. He arrived with blue painters tape!!! I'm not sure how he was going to correct a dent with painters tape but he tried, during that visit he even told me he admitted to the company that he sat on the dryer but this company will not be professional, accept responsibility or fix the damage. After the technician left they said they would return with proper equipment to repair the damages but they have not returned for over 2 months!!!! When I call they do not answer, I have posted reviews and they "magically" disappear, the customer service rep, Maria, has not responded at all. This company is not professional, I recommend you do not use this company but if you do make sure you supervise everything the technician does because this company is not honest and will not be there!!!!
