I wanted to share my experience with Dallas Sunrise Maids, hoping it might be useful for you in making an informed decision regarding house cleaning services.
Unfortunately, my encounter with them was less than satisfactory. Despite the premium charged ($400) for a deep clean on their initial visit, the quality of service did not meet our expectations. Upon sharing our feedback, we were disheartened by the owner's unprofessional response, which included a request to remove our online reviews.
I believe in constructive criticism and understand that experiences can vary. However, I felt it was important to share this with you as a precautionary insight.

The ladies who come to clean are friendly, professional, and very thorough. I look forward every time to their cleaning.

The cleaning team came to my house today and did an AMAZING job! No detail was left untouched... even inside my fridge was spotless. They were on time, worked in a timely manner, and were so very polite. I highly recommend Dallas Sunrise Maids!
