We utilize a 40 point checklist to clean and we are one of the only companies that offer flat rate pricing that is not based on the square footage or per hour rate that other cleaning companies charge there customers. Our flat rate cleaning services are performed based on unlimited time to complete. This allows us to thoroughly detail clean for our customers while not worrying about if we have to rush on to the next customer.
