Hello! Our family is looking for an energetic and caring individual to care for our two boys (6 and 7) after school. This would include meeting the boys at the bus stop near our home, helping them complete homework, and/or just having fun! We live in Manitou Springs-- within walking distance to downtown and the boys go to Elementary. We are paying $15-$20/hour and the schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 3 to 5. If available, we may also need help during school holidays and closures.

I am looking for a great nanny for my two children. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. I'm expecting this position to have another schedule change in the next two weeks as well. The dogs are all very friendly w will likely stay in my room as she is a giant chicken. My oldest would need a little help as far as reminders to get ready and eat breakfast and to leave for school.

Looking for someone who can help me keep my head above water! I work very full time, have a kindergartener, and am going through a divorce. We are staying at my sister's house in Manitou Springs for the remainder of the school year, so the job would be 5 hours at $20/hr every other week (flexible on which day) until the end of May. I need help with: + clutter control and basic cleaning in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and common spaces + switch laundry while you're here and quick-fold enough to prevent wrinkles + clean the little fish tank (3 gal, 1 beta) and scoop the litter box (we call it the "poop pit" at our house) + possibly run quick errands like post office or grocery store There are two dogs here as well, but they're pretty good about staying out of the way. We have two cats and live up a pretty steep hill in Manitou. We love our home, but it has a lot of stairs, and they are a little steep. Dad works from home or coworking spaces. Mom is a teacher following all COVID guidelines and working a hybrid schedule at a small springs high school. Our new kiddo will be 8 weeks old mid-January. We just need help part of the week to make sure we can get our work sorted. Our ideal caregiver: We need someone who takes wellness seriously, and has minimal outside exposure or can be a nanny in a mask. Our little girl's immune system is in its infancy because, well, she's in her infancy! :) We are ok to bring her to the caretaker's residence in a case-by-case basis, or the caretaker can be at our place. My husband may be working from the back office at times. Additional needs include having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter. Looking for care Tuesdays (11-5pm) and Thursdays (11-5pm). My schedule may vary.

We are looking for a fun, part-time nanny for our 8-year-old daughter. Flexible schedule during the summer, with the hope that support in the fall would include some tutoring in the event that schools are continuing with part-time remote learning.

C is 14 months super smart and loves to play. We want a recurring babysitter for things such as date nights. I am currently a stay-at-home mom with her but will be starting school soon so may need someone to help fill in on extra days throughout the week too.
