After School Jobs in Cottonwood, AZ

I currently have my own business and I also just got my real estate license. I am expanding my business. Sean has is own Construction Company & he is also expanding. I've managed to work & take baby with me, but I definitely need help now that I'm going to be going through training for real estate. We have a 9-month-old girl and a 6-year-old boy. I would need nanny/sitter during summer time for both kids. O starts school August and then it would only be for A. When O is on winter, spring etc. breaks it would be sitting for both kids. I can be flexible on the days, but I prefer it's mornings to afternoon few times a week. I'm thinking 3 days a week 4-6 hours max each day. We have a dog a little over a year old.

A dirt bike accident has caused a difficult time in our household. Mom broke her leg and I have a business to run regardless. Hoping to find the right person to help us get through this time. O (7 y/o son) goes to school and A to daycare right now. Hoping to find someone to take them to school and help a little around the house during the day.

We are a family of three with two full-time working professionals living in Cottonwood, Arizona. One is a doctor in residency and the other is active-duty military. We have a brilliant 3-year-old daughter who is an absolute joy. We will need help with our daughter's care throughout the work week. Our daughter will be attending preschool starting in August. She will have a schedule of 8am-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. this includes the after-school program. My work schedule with commute will be 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. five days and week and my wife has varying hours at the hospital, five to six days a week. Therefore, we need assistance from 6am-8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. M-Th and 3-5 p.m. on Friday.

Our A is 7 months old. I work 24/7 and need help watching her a few days a week so I can focus when I go to work. Its harder to take her with me. She naps a few times a day and when she does it would be helpful to have light chores done around the house. I drop my son off at school at 8ish and pick him up around 2 or 3 depending on the day. It would just help a few hours a few days a week with the baby.

We are two working professional parents with long hours that need assistance with taking our daughter to school in the morning and picking her up in the afternoon to spend time with her until we return home in the evening around 6-7 p.m.

Must have knowledge of or willingness to learn positive methods of redirecting etc. OK with dogs and cats. My son is attending school virtually so some tutoring and support may be needed. He is twice exceptional and in the third grade. Hours will start part time 3 days a week but may increase to full time.
