Looking for a part-time Reliable Nanny/caregiver for my 8 years old son with Autism, ADHD, OCD in Bellemont. Ideal person must be experienced with the behaviors that come with being on the spectrum. I received so many applications but I'm not only looking for a regular babysitter that can be on their phones while caring for my son. I'm really looking for interaction, communication, patience and knowing how to redirect when his behaviors arise. he does partial homeschool and in person schooling because of his anxiety. Ideal person can work w him on school work and even taking him on outings. If you're just looking for a part time gig to pass time and work on your own schedule, I don't think this is the job for you. I'd like a meaningful and caring connection where you genuinely want to be his friend and mentor.
